The Santalucía Impulsa Empleados program allows four groups of the company's employees to come up with a
new business idea and prototype it, once a year. On presentation day, the groups present their projects and Santalucía
chooses two of them to bring to life. I was fortunate to take part in this initiative, guiding the design
and prototyping of one of the winning groups.
Here's how we did it!
The program proposed creating a new value proposition for customers and non-customers of the Santalucía group. The goal was to give
a group-wide vision and offer customized solutions for each generation of users, focusing on the Next
Generation family.
The team followed a process guided by several mentors, using methodologies such as Design Thinking, interviews, target audience segmentation, benchmarking and
competitor analysis, Value Proposition Canvas, Business Model Canvas, Product Canvas, MoSCoW, SWOT analysis and market opportunity sizing (TAM, SAM, SOM).
This led to their product: a landing page that reflected the objectives defined above. This is where I was able to help them, turning these ideas
into a prototyped corporate landing page.
The prototype is based on two concepts. The first one is the presentation of the companies that belong to the
Santalucía group, where you can access each company's website through its logo.
The second concept is the introduction of different family archetypes, with the possibility of choosing the one
you identify with. Once you select your type of family, you are guided through a series of options, with the possibility of talking to an agent to
formalize your choice. If you feel that none of these archetypes reflect your family, the last option, Other families, lets you
configure it through a series of questions, finally obtaining a personalized offer with the products that best fit
your preferences.
